Periscope is a video streaming application which basically means that anyone can transmit a live video recording of themselves to their Twitter or Periscope followers. Scopes, as these videos are called, are fun to do and fun to watch.

  1. Start by downloading the app to your iOS or Android device (phone, tablet, watch, whatever). The first time you launch the app you will be asked to login. You can either sign in with your Twitter account or with your phone number. If you have a Twitter account signin with this option (you will be able to stream it to your Twitter followers.
  2. Create a unique username or use your Twitter handle
  3. Once you are logged in tap on the People tab PICTURE
  4. Type Dick Termes into the search box
  5. A great photo and description of Dick will be at the top of the search results
  6. Click on the listing – a box with a Follow button will appear
  7. Click the Follow button
  8. Now whenever Dick is doing a live broadcast your phone will notify you.
  9. On Saturday, December 5th we will be doing sporadic broadcasts of the Open House goings-on. At 4:00 pm MST we will air the announcement of the winner of the Termesphere Mova.
  10. When you tune into a Scope, you can ask questions, leave comments, and you can also send hearts – we are hoping you will do all three of the above in abundance on the 5th.
